Refund policy

Returns are accepted if the item is returned to our offices within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase and under the below conditions: There was no damage to the box, the Nexring, or the associated items inside the box. 

Refunds will be subject to approval. If a refund is approved, it will be done within 14 working days from date that the returned product is received by us (minus any applicable fees or costs)
